Job Title: Senior Business Development Associate (Senior BDA)
Location: Perinthalmanna, Kerala

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle student enquiries and provide course counselling.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Build good relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead details.
- Support the team in achieving branch targets.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales/EdTech preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Malayalam and English proficiency preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
