Primary Responsibilities:

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

Manage, transform, and analyze large volumes of structured data from multiple enterprise systems
-
Deliver Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Agile software development methodologies
-
Conduct data profiling, cleansing, normalization, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
-
Develop and maintain reporting models, dashboards, scorecards, and self-service analytics solutions
-
Create specifications to standardize and integrate data into common enterprise structures
-
Perform exploratory and diagnostic analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities
-
Translate complex analytical findings into meaningful business insights and recommendations
-
Data Science & Advanced Analytics
-
Develop and maintain data preparation, transformation, and validation routines to support advanced analytics and data mining initiatives
-
Apply statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and predictive modeling to solve business problems
-
Utilize Python and associated libraries including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for data processing, analysis, and model development
-
Evaluate, monitor, and optimize model performance to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability
-
Artificial Intelligence & Automation
-
Design, build, deploy, and optimize Generative AI and AI-powered analytics solutions
-
Develop AI-enabled workflows to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and reporting platforms
-
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions for business challenges

Data Engineering & Technical Support
-
Create and maintain data pipelines, validation frameworks, and automation processes to improve data quality and operational efficiency
-
Analyze existing code bases to identify performance, reliability, and scalability issues
-
Implement code optimizations and enhancements to improve system performance and maintainability
-
Provide technical consultation and support for database, reporting, data infrastructure, and analytics-related issues
-
Support enterprise data governance, documentation, and compliance requirements
-
Stakeholder Management & Communication
-
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
-
Develop actionable recommendations and present findings to internal stakeholders, external partners, and senior leadership
-
Communicate complex technical concepts and analytical results to both technical and non-technical audiences
-
Contribute to project planning, estimation, prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives
-

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or related disciplines
-
Hands-on experience with machine learning and advanced analytical techniques
-
Experience developing and deploying AI/Generative AI solutions
-
Solid understanding of Agile development practices
-
Skills in SQL, Snowflake, Power BI
-
Solid proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI)
-
Proven excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
