Role Overview:
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who will be responsible for sourcing and guiding fresher candidates for banking roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen fresher candidates for banking jobs
- Source and screen experienced candidates for non banking jobs
- Conduct initial counselling sessions to understand candidate aspirations
- Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Guide candidates on job roles, interview preparation, and career growth
Eligibility Criteria:
- 6 months to 1 year experience in recruitment / counselling / candidate sourcing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hiring and candidate engagement
