About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Java Developer Trainer to deliver online training sessions in Telugu and English. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java programming, object-oriented programming concepts, databases, and modern web technologies. The trainer should be capable of providing practical, hands-on learning through real-time coding exercises and industry-based projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging online Java programming classes in Telugu.
- Teach Core Java, JDBC, object-oriented programming (OOP), and Java application development.
- Deliver practical sessions on data structures, database connectivity, and Java desktop applications using Swing.
- Train students on modern web technologies including Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
- Prepare lesson plans, coding assignments, presentations, and project-based learning materials.
- Guide students through live coding sessions, debugging techniques, and real-world development projects.
- Assess student performance through assignments, coding challenges, quizzes, and project evaluations.
- Provide technical mentorship and career guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest Java frameworks, tools, and software development practices.
Experience
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Java development, software engineering, or technical training.
- Prior experience in online teaching or technical training is preferred.
- Experience working on real-time Java application development projects will be an added advantage.
