JD : Job Title: Project Manager (US Projects Coordination)
Location: Jalandhar (On-site)
Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)9:00PM to 6:00AM
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager who will be responsible for handling and coordinating projects between India and US teams. The candidate will oversee project execution, team management, and client coordination while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead project teams based in India while coordinating closely with US stakeholders
Act as the primary point of contact between India and US teams for project updates and communication
Review and understand architectural and technical drawings using AutoCAD
Ensure smooth execution of projects by tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate site-related updates and follow-ups for US-based projects remotely from Jalandhar
Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, and trackers using Excel
Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and proactively resolve them
Conduct regular team meetings, performance tracking, and status updates
Ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager (preferably handling US-based projects)
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (ability to read and understand drawings)
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (reports, tracking, data analysis)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in construction, architectural, or residential/commercial project management
Exposure to US clients or international project coordination
Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
Pay: ₹13,670.95 - ₹92,949.92 per month
