Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and technical Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that our production processes—specifically those involving modular housing, capsule models, and precision-engineered architectural components—are executed with high efficiency and strict adherence to technical specifications.
The ideal candidate will manage the full production lifecycle, from interpreting complex engineering drawings to overseeing final assembly and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Lead and manage daily production activities to meet deadlines without compromising quality or safety.
- Technical Compliance: Ensure all products are manufactured according to precise technical drawings, including strict adherence to dimensions, tolerances, and specific thread types.
- Resource Management: Coordinate workforce scheduling and material procurement to minimize downtime and optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the production of modular units and implement streamlined solutions to increase output.
- Quality Assurance: Execute rigorous inspections to ensure every unit (including capsule houses and facade components) meets the company’s structural and aesthetic standards.
- Safety Leadership: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably within modular construction, architectural manufacturing, or heavy precision engineering.
- Technical Skills: * Proficiency in reading and interpreting 2D and 3D technical engineering drawings.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, and finishing).
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to a diverse team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP or manufacturing execution software.
- Knowledge of specific fabrication techniques for retractable structures or building facades.
- Familiarity with ISO quality management standards.
