Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate student placements with international employers.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners.
- Match candidate profiles with suitable job opportunities.
- Guide candidates through the placement process.
- Follow up with employers and candidates until successful placement.
- Maintain accurate placement records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment, placements, HR, or overseas education is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and employer relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
