Job Summary :
makeO (Toothsi) is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Associate Dentist – Field Sales professional who can combine clinical expertise with strong sales and communication skills.
The role involves conducting at-home smile consultations, educating customers about clear aligner treatments, and converting leads into successful sales while ensuring a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct home visits for smile assessments and customer consultations
*Explain clear aligner treatments, including procedures, benefits, pricing, and timelines
*Build trust with customers by effectively addressing queries and concerns
*Drive conversions and achieve monthly sales targets
*Coordinate with sales, clinical, and operations teams for seamless onboarding and treatment initiation
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
*Deliver a personalized and high-quality customer experience at every touchpoint
*Contribute towards overall business growth and customer satisfaction
Eligibility & Requirements:
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) – Mandatory
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Comfortable with extensive field travel and home consultations
Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license
