We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to manage administrative tasks, maintain records, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and documents.
- Handle data entry with high accuracy and maintain MIS reports.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, quotations, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, operations, and other departments.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.
- Maintain files, reports, and confidential documents.
- Assist in inventory management and vendor coordination.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work and compliance with company policies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
