Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain TSG's courses/services and answer basic queries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Good spoken English and communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking on calls.
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Polite, patient, and professional attitude.
- Target-oriented and consistent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Freshers can apply; telecalling experience is a plus.
