About the role
- Translate business and hiring goals into measurable marketing outcomes
- Build predictable, conversion-driven marketing funnels for hospitality recruitment
- Focus on outcomes and funnel performance rather than branding or vanity metrics
What you will own
- Convert hiring targets into required lead volumes, channel strategy, and daily/weekly execution plans
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search, and retargeting
- Monitor and improve the full conversion funnel from lead to finalized candidate
- Work closely with recruitment teams to improve lead quality and reduce funnel leakage
- Make real-time decisions on scaling campaigns, pausing underperforming initiatives, and reallocating budgets
- Build market-specific strategies for India (volume-driven, filter-heavy) and Gulf countries (quality-driven, sourcing-supported)

- Marketing activity directly contributes to finalized outcomes
- Cost per eligible lead remains controlled
- Lead quality improves consistently
- Funnels remain predictable, measurable, and scalable

Key responsibilities
- Execute and optimize conversion-focused marketing campaigns
- Design and manage lead-generation and qualification funnels
- Coordinate with design, CRM, and recruitment teams to ensure smooth handoffs
- Track performance using dashboards and weekly reports
- Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and correct them quickly
- Ensure marketing activity aligns with operational readiness and recruitment capacity
What this role is not
- Not a pure social media or content-only role
- Not a branding or influencer-marketing role
- Not limited to running ads without accountability
- Not focused on likes, impressions, or reach alone
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing
- Strong understanding of funnels, CPL, and conversion metrics
- Experience in lead-driven businesses such as recruitment, staffing, edtech, or services
- Analytical mindset with comfort owning outcomes
- Ability to work backwards from business targets
Preferred experience
- Marketing to blue-collar or hospitality workforce
- Exposure to international or Gulf-focused recruitment campaigns
- Experience in fast-paced or growth-oriented environments
Pay: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year
