We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow AIOps for an urgent client requirement.

Mandatory Skills
- ServiceNow Development – 4+ Years
- ServiceNow AIOps – Mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience in CMDB
- Strong knowledge of CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
- ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide APIs
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes and UI Policies
- ServiceNow configuration and customization
- ServiceNow integrations and troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
- Work extensively on CMDB and CSDM implementation and configuration.
- Implement and support ServiceNow AIOps capabilities.
- Develop scripts, business rules, client scripts, and other ServiceNow components.
- Configure CI relationships, service models, and CMDB data.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
Critical Requirement
ServiceNow AIOps experience is mandatory.
Candidates must have proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow AIOps. Profiles without relevant AIOps experience will not be considered.
Pay: Up to ₹120,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Chennai District)
