Job Overview:
The Intern – New Membership will play a vital role in driving membership growth by identifying leads, converting prospects, participating in industry events, and maintaining ongoing engagement with potential members. The role involves both sales and relationship-building responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting (20%) Identify and qualify leads through desk research, outreach, and networking (email, calls, LinkedIn). Build and manage a pipeline of prospective members. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine prospecting strategies.
2. Membership Sales & Target Achievements (25%) Achieve individual membership acquisition targets. Present IAMAI’s value proposition effectively to convert prospects into members. Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new members.
3. Collaboration with Team & Committees (10%) Work with internal team members and committee leads to share feedback and align efforts. Contribute to lead generation strategies and support planning of sector-specific events and webinars.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking (10%) Update CRM tools with accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions. Submit weekly/monthly performance reports. Monitor personal KPIs and contribute to team-level membership targets.
5. Non-Member Relationship Management (10%) Engage with non-member prospects by addressing queries and nurturing them for future conversion. Resolve objections or concerns to enhance likelihood of membership acquisition.
6. Event Participation & Networking (25%) Attend IAMAI events, webinars, and industry forums to meet potential members. Promote IAMAI’s offerings and generate leads during events. Secure new members on-the-spot at networking platforms when possible.
Preferred Skills: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage CRM systems and reporting tools. Interest in digital sectors and B2B engagement.
Pay: ₹7,500.00 per month
