Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Tea Packet Marketing Assistant Manager to promote and sell tea packets across Kerala through B2B and B2C channels. The role involves building strong relationships with department stores, supermarkets, wholesalers, retailers, and direct consumers, ensuring brand visibility and sales growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: B2B Marketing (Primary Focus):
- Identify and onboard department stores, supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, and retail outlets
- Visit stores regularly to introduce tea products and explain quality, pricing, and margins
- Negotiate orders, shelf space, and repeat business
- Maintain strong relationships with store owners and purchase managers
- Ensure proper product display, availability, and stock movement
- Collect feedback from stores and share market insights with management
B2C Marketing:
- Promote tea packets directly to consumers through sampling, local promotions, and events
- Support in brand awareness activities and customer engagement programs
- Handle customer queries and educate consumers on product benefits
Sales & Reporting:
- Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly / quarterly)
- Track daily sales activities and submit reports
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends in Kerala
- Coordinate with logistics and accounts for smooth order fulfilment and collections
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in FMCG / Tea / Food products marketing preferred
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam (Tamil & English added advantage)
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala
- Basic knowledge of billing, margins, and retail operations
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
