Job Description:-
- Job Title: Senior Sales Manager/ Team Leader
- Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon, Udyog Vihar, 122002
- Work Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday off)
- Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Overlook the entire sales process, focusing on final negotiation and deal closing.
- Manage networking and joint business planning with existing and new channel partners.
- Lead a sales team focused on client generation and relationship building for referrals.
- Implement strategies to reduce turnaround time for closing deals.
- Prepare and execute market analysis reports (pre- and post-monetization).
- Manage on-site sales team performance and productivity.
- Lead negotiations and closing for major accounts.
- Prepare annual sales budgets and projections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
