Job Description:-
- Managing Drivers and Vehicles: Allocation, shift management. Practically ensuring a driver is provided with a car and vice versa.
- Monitoring Uber Business for daily business.
- Keeping a track of Driver attendance and collecting payment based on the attendance.
- Keeping track of driver expenses.
- Calling drivers who have incurred business below the minimum requirement.
- Reduce absenteeism by calling the drivers.
- Keeping track of cancellation rates on Uber and understanding the reasons.
- Chasing weekly and monthly targets per vehicle and ensuring the targets are achieved.
- MIS reports and monthly analysis.
- Responsibility for driver attrition by conceptualising and executing various schemes for the drivers.
- Creating Incentives and payout structures.
- Addressing driver grievances and handling all escalations from the core team responsible for driver engagements.
- Management of Fleet and Drivers.
- Maintenance of documents and records.
- Communication with the client over the phone & E‐mail.
- Keeping track of vehicular movements.
- Interview, training and educating the drivers.
- Checking the Log Books/OT sheets and meeting with the drivers on spot.
- Monitoring the car movement through GPS tracking
- Preparing the report in Excel and presentation in Ms. Powerpoint
- Create and carry out plans for an effective Transport System.
- Monitoring the refuelling of cars.
- Respond to and follow up enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to meet the client's satisfaction.
- Making sure the payments due by drivers are received timely.
- On road assistance to the driver and guiding them to the nearest garage or service station.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
