We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth across digital platforms.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, SEO, paid campaigns, and content marketing strategies & AI tools awareness.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Activities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage online brand presence and marketing activities.
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic and lead generation.
- Monitor digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
Social Media Management
- Handle company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, banners, and promotional content.
- Schedule and manage regular social media postings.
- Increase audience engagement and follower growth.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Optimize website content for search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the web development team for SEO improvements.
Paid Advertising Campaigns
- Run and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare reports and suggest improvements for better performance.
Content & Branding
- Coordinate content creation for blogs, creatives, email campaigns, and promotions.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track website and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Analyze customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or design tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and digital marketing metrics.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Digital Marketing certification is preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or related role preferred.
- Freshers with strong digital marketing skills and certifications may also apply.
