- Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
- Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with services by handling complaints and inquiries
- Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that they’re still satisfied with our service.
- Letting patrons know about additional services that might benefit them
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
- Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
- Troubleshooting common issues with our services
- Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems
- Scheduling Delivery and Pickup on time
- Co-ordinate with Movers and supervisor
- Updating client details in salesforce CRM .
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (moving/logistics industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
- Basic knowledge of logistics or willingness to learn
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
