About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven HR Interns based in Bangalore who want to gain real-world experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. This internship offers hands-on exposure to live hiring mandates for our growing India operations, along with an internship letter issued from our US office.
This is a practical, execution-focused internship — not theory-based — where you will actively contribute to building teams in a fast-paced tech consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks
- Identify and engage potential candidates aligned with role requirements
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth interview process
- Maintain recruitment trackers and talent pipelines
- Support ongoing hiring initiatives and team expansion
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are a must
- Must be based in Bangalore
- Willingness to come to the office whenever required (on-call basis)
- Ability to independently search, identify, and engage candidates
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and willingness to learn
- Interest in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
- Recent graduates or students pursuing HR / Business / related fields preferred
