- Qualification: +2, Diploma, Bachelors or Masters in any stream
- FRESHERS, BPO, KPO or any other experienced candidates with Fluent English Speaking skills can apply for this role
- Job Location: Sec-74, Mohali
- Training and Certification duration: 10 days
- Training Stipend- 4k
- Salary Package: 18-22k + Amazing Incentives
- Shift Timings: 6:30 pm – 3:30 am IST
- 5 Working days, Full-time Job, Onsite Work

AR Calling Specialist – US Healthcare

Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Call US insurance companies for claim follow-ups and payment follow-ups
- Check claim status and payment updates
- Work on denied / rejected / pending claims and take action
- Handle EOBs, ERAs, denial codes, and resubmissions
- Identify underpayments and initiate appeals
- Maintain accurate call documentation
- Update billing software with accurate call notes
- Meet daily calls, productivity and quality targets
- Escalate unresolved claims appropriately
- Coordinate with internal billing & coding teams
