Key Responsibilities1. Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet customers and visitors professionally.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Provide information about company products, services, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
2. Cash Sales & Billing
- Process cash, UPI, card, and other retail sales transactions.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and sales records.
- Maintain daily cash collection records and reconcile cash balances.
- Assist in preparing daily and monthly sales reports.
3. Product Information & Customer Guidance
- Explain product features, benefits, specifications, and intended uses to customers.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
- Address basic customer questions and coordinate technical queries with relevant departments.
- Ensure customers receive accurate information regarding product handling and usage.
4. Coordination with Production Department
- Communicate customer orders and delivery requirements to the production team.
- Monitor order status and follow up on production schedules.
- Coordinate dispatch timelines and inform customers of expected delivery dates.
- Report urgent customer requirements to production supervisors.
5. Coordination with Management
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales, customer feedback, and pending orders.
- Escalate customer complaints or operational issues when necessary.
- Assist management with administrative tasks, reports, and record maintenance.
- Support implementation of company policies and procedures.
6. Record Keeping & Administration
- Maintain customer records and sales documentation.
- Update inventory and order records as required.
- File invoices, receipts, and correspondence systematically.
- Assist in preparing reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Graduate in Commerce, Arts , or related field.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or office administration is desirable.
Skills Required

- Ability to explain products clearly and confidently.
