Business Development Executive
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL GET
· Deep knowledge of Supply Chain Software developed inhouse.
· Develop understanding how SaaS products creates value for customers.
· Market research, Call & Email to discover contacts in the client organizations.
· Manage pipeline of inbound and outbound leads that are self-sourced or generated.
· Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities.
· Consistently close new business at or above agreed goals.
· Schedule appointments with decision makers for product demonstrations.
· Document customer requirement and propose solution model.
· Get Post sales feedback and become a partner in customer growth journey.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· 1-2 years of prospecting & closing Sales experience, preferably B2B SaaS applications.
· Experience in CRM Software and ERP.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, with a focus on partner onboarding and revenue generation.
· Self-motivated problem solvers who can hold a conversation with strangers & ability to deal and address objections.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
· Any certification related to Sales & Marketing of SaaS solutions would be considered an asset.
· The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
IT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE
· MBA degree in Sales & Marketing. Experience in CRM Software and ERP.
· If you are a multilingual speaker fluent in any of the following language - HINDI, MARATHI, TAMIL, MALAYALAM, TELUGU, PUNJABI, BENGALI
· Hands-on experience on MS Excel Functions such as - VLOOKUP, PIVOT Table, IF Conditions, Graphs & Charts.
