Job Title: Cash Application Analyst (Night Shift)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cash Application Analyst to join our Finance team for the Night Shift. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in cash application or a related finance role, along with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely application of cash receipts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining precise transaction records. The position requires high attention to detail, analytical capability, and effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of Cash Application activities
- Download and review daily bank statements
- Apply cash receipts accurately to customer accounts
- Reconcile bank statements with cash receipts
- Prepare and process daily cash analysis reports
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of cash postings, reversals, and payables
- Maintain clear visibility of priorities and deliverables within the functional area
- Support ad-hoc requests, reports, and operational requirements as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cash application or related finance roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Prior experience in Accounts / Finance Operations is preferred
