The CRM Manager is responsible for customer relationship management, customer retention, loyalty program management, online order coordination, and ensuring smooth delivery operations to improve customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and service-related issues professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and customer retention.
- Contact lost or inactive customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Delivery & Online Order Management
- Monitor all online orders received through different sales channels.
- Assign online orders to the delivery team based on location, urgency, and delivery schedule.
- Assign delivery tasks to delivery boys and ensure timely delivery completion.
- Coordinate with delivery staff to track delivery status and customer feedback.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
- Handle delivery-related customer complaints and resolve issues immediately.
Customer Data & Loyalty Management
- Maintain customer database and purchase history.
- Manage loyalty points, memberships, and customer offers.
- Track repeat customers and customer buying behavior.
Sales & Customer Follow-up
- Follow up with customers after purchase or delivery.
- Contact lost customers through calls, WhatsApp, or promotional communication.
- Support promotional campaigns and sales activities.
Team Management
- Supervise CRM executives and delivery coordination activities.
- Assign daily work targets and monitor team performance.
- Train staff in customer service and operational standards.
