We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Real Estate Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and assisting the sales team in converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors.
- Explain property details, pricing, offers, and project features.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
- Schedule site visits and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, preferably in Real Estate.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up abilities.
