ZenLife Healthcare is seeking a qualified and dedicated Audiologist to support our Corporate Health Check-up Programs and Diagnostic Services. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting hearing assessments, operating audiometric equipment, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA) for corporate employees and walk-in patients.
- Perform occupational hearing screening as per corporate health check-up requirements.
- Operate, maintain, and verify the proper functioning of audiometric equipment.
- Ensure accurate documentation of audiometry findings.
- Generate and submit audiometry reports in the prescribed format.
- Coordinate with the Medical Officer during employee fitness assessments.
- Explain the procedure to patients and ensure their comfort during testing.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Assist in conducting corporate health camps at client locations.
- Ensure proper handling and transportation of audiometry equipment during off-site camps.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/Diploma in Audiology or equivalent qualification).
- Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is preferred.
- Freshers may apply; prior experience in occupational health screening or diagnostic centres will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Pure Tone Audiometry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic computer knowledge for report entry and documentation.
- Willingness to travel for corporate health camps.
Working Hours
As per operational requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
