Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Incharge to manage and oversee all warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have strong inventory management skills, experience in handling dispatch and logistics, and the ability to lead a warehouse team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, transporters, and customers.
- Maintain warehouse documentation Excel records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
Qualifications
- Education: Any Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Warehouse Incharge or in a similar warehouse management role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing or steel industry will be an added advantage.
