Job Summary:
OrthoSquare Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated and professional Telecaller to join our team in Naupada, Thane. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining proper follow-ups with patients.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Location: Naupada, Thane, Maharashtra
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Follow up with patients regarding treatments and visits
- Maintain patient records and call logs
- Provide basic information about clinic services in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Professional attitude and customer handling skills
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred
