Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Senior Sales Expert to drive business growth by onboarding candidates and employers onto the Vryfide platform.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong sales expertise, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships while achieving sales and onboarding targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Onboarding & Sales
- Guide candidates through onboarding on the Vryfide platform
- Promote career solutions, subscriptions, and AI-powered tools
- Help candidates understand career growth opportunities and platform benefits
- Achieve candidate onboarding and conversion targets
Employer Acquisition & Marketplace Growth
- Onboard employers and recruiters onto the Vryfide hiring marketplace
- Build strong relationships with HR professionals and hiring partners
- Encourage active job postings and employer engagement on the platform
- Support marketplace expansion and hiring initiatives
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital outreach
- Maintain strong follow-up and client relationship management
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for candidates and employers
- Resolve client queries and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Build long-term relationships with clients and platform users
Key Requirements
- 2–8+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, HRTech, EdTech, or Client Acquisition
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales preferred
