Qualification B.E. Mechnical / Dip. in Mechnical / Experience- 2-4 years
Responsibilities/ Nature of work-
· Handle overseas and domestic clients, follow up on inquiries, and maintain long-term relationships.
.Ready to visit at Client and marketing Strategy to develop the our product.
· Cold calling, email correspondence, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
· Draft and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts.
· Identify new opportunities, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitors.
· Track responses, maintain records, and report performance metrics.
· Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products
·Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, Handle technical queries, complaints, and feedback.
. Support customers during product development and trials
. Coordinate with logistics and production teams to meet delivery schedules
. Assist customers with installation, performance issues, or quality concerns, Participate in failure analysis or root cause investigation if problems occur.
