Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Operative Assessment: Evaluate patients’ medical histories, physical conditions, and lab results to determine anesthetic risks and formulate the best anesthesia plan.
- Intra-Operative Care: Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia. Continuously monitor vital signs, ventilation, and circulation, adjusting anesthesia levels as required.
- Post-Operative Management: Oversee patient recovery, manage post-operative pain, and provide critical care support if complications arise.
- Emergency Response: Serve as a key responder in airway management, crisis management, and life-threatening emergencies.
- Documentation: Maintain highly accurate medical records, anesthesia charts, and medico-legal documentation.
- Academics & Compliance: Participate in departmental audits, clinical research, and training junior medical staff. Ensure strict adherence to hospital protocols and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCI).
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: MBBS+MD/DNB in Anesthesiology from a recognized institution.
- Licensure: Valid State Medical Registration.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
