- Achieve regional sales targets and business objectives as assigned by the Company.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors within the assigned territory.
- Monitor and guide Area Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Executives to ensure target achievement.
- Develop new markets, appoint new distributors, and expand retail coverage.
- Ensure proper implementation of the Company's sales policies, schemes, and collection procedures.
- Monitor route productivity, market coverage, and outlet development across the region.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure distributor stock levels are maintained and product availability is ensured at all times.
- Monitor outstanding collections and ensure compliance with the Company's credit policy.
- Conduct regular market visits, distributor reviews, and retailer interactions.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely execution of product launches, promotions, and trade schemes.
- Review and approve route plans, sales targets, and manpower deployment.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
- Ensure proper handling of sales returns, damages, credit notes, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Logistics, Production, HR, and Store Departments for smooth business operations.
- Submit periodic reports on sales, collections, stock levels, market developments, and distributor performance to Management.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and compliance with company policies among all sales personnel.
- Recommend business development initiatives to improve sales growth and market share.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Management for the growth and profitability of the business.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
