Key Responsibilities:
Market Coverage
- Visit assigned territories across Ahmedabad on a daily basis.
- Cover garages, workshops, fabrication units, machine shops, contractors, maintenance companies, industrial estates, factories, and manufacturing companies.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain an updated database of prospective customers.
- Plan and execute daily field visits to maximize market coverage.
Product Promotion
- Introduce the company's complete range of industrial products and solutions.
- Explain key product categories, brands, and their applications.
- Distribute brochures, catalogs, price lists, and promotional materials.
- Inform customers about ongoing offers, new product launches, and store promotions.
Lead Generation
- Identify customers with immediate or future purchasing requirements.
- Collect and record customer information, including:
- Company Name
- Contact Person
- Mobile Number
- Email ID (if available)
- Business Type
- Products of Interest
- Share qualified leads with the respective Store Manager for further follow-up and sales conversion.
Customer Relationship
- Build strong relationships with business owners, purchase executives, maintenance engineers, factory managers, and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular follow-up visits to maintain customer engagement.
- Encourage customers to visit the nearest BookMyParts store for product demonstrations, quotations, and purchase assistance.
Reporting & Coordination
- Submit a daily field visit report, including customer visits, leads generated, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with Store Managers regarding customer requirements and follow-up activities.
- Share competitor information, customer feedback, and market trends with the management team.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in industrial products, machinery, tools, or related industries.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within Ahmedabad.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone applications.
Travel Requirement
- This role requires daily field visits across Ahmedabad.
- The candidate must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- The company will provide petrol allowance as per the company policy for official field visits.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
