Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, document management, and record keeping.
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor and employee requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Having good communication skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Applications Age ; Within 32-38 years.
- Immediate Joiner is required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
