We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Human Resource Executive to manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Handle employee documentation and maintain HR records
- Coordinate joining formalities & induction programs
- Support in attendance, payroll inputs, and leave management
- Drive employee engagement activities and workplace initiatives
- Assist in performance management processes
- Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labor laws
Must-Have Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking ability
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with job portals
- Familiarity with HR software/tools
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance
- Social media hiring and employer branding
Preferred Candidate Background
- Graduate in any field (BBA/MBA in HR preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment roles
