· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
· Identify new business opportunities and market trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders.
· Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to monitor progress and provide feedback to the team.
· Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines.
