Job description:
Assistant Manager supports the overall management and daily operations of a beauty and cosmetics business, ensuring strong sales performance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service standards.
This role works closely with the Assistant Manager to drive revenue growth, monitor key performance indicators, and implement promotional, and marketing initiatives aligned with brand objectives.
Success in this position requires strong leadership abilities, retail management experience, and a solid understanding of beauty products, trends, and customer behaviour.
Must have an experience in Beauty and Cosmetics field.
