We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our footwear business. The candidate will be responsible for building brand presence, driving sales growth and managing both online and offline marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including social media, SEO, SEM and email marketing.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
- Coordinate with sales, design and production teams to align marketing efforts with product launches.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify new market opportunities.
- Handle advertising campaigns, promotions, exhibitions and trade shows.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Manage relationships with agencies, vendors and media partners.
- Oversee content creation, product catalogues and promotional materials.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in footwear industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
