Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for blogs, social media, websites, emails, and marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling copy, captions, scripts, and promotional content aligned with the brand voice.
- Plan and execute UGC (User-Generated Content) campaigns by collaborating with creators and influencers.
- Develop content briefs and coordinate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team.
- Repurpose content across multiple digital platforms.
- Stay updated with social media trends and create high-performing content that drives engagement and leads.
- Track content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Required Skills
- Strong content writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating social media content and managing UGC campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing basics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Docs/Sheets, and Canva or similar tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Content Writing, Content Marketing, Social Media, or UGC/Influencer Marketing.
Preferred
Experience in EdTech, Digital Media, SaaS, D2C, or E-learning companies.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
