1) Plan, schedule, and manage civil construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
2) Supervise and coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
3) Monitor site progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
4) Prepare and track project budgets, BOQs, and work schedules.
5) Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
6) Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and government bodies for approvals and smooth project execution.
7) Conduct regular site inspections and ensure the implementation of safety and quality protocols.
8) Ensure material procurement, inventory management, and labor allocation as per project needs.
