Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with 6–8 years of experience in procurement and vendor management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring timely procurement, and maintaining cost-effective purchasing practices while meeting organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for materials, equipment, and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchases to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.
- Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.

Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
Pay: ₹40,842.50 - ₹42,294.69 per month
