About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven IT Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client communication, driving B2B/B2C sales, and supporting overall business growth for IT services and solutions.
This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, sales confidence, and a passion for digital marketing and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, social media, cold calling, and online platforms
- Handle B2B and B2C sales for IT services and solutions
- Conduct client meetings, product/service presentations, and follow-ups
- Convert leads into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets
- Manage customer relationships and maintain long-term client engagement
- Coordinate payment follow-ups and collections
- Execute social media and digital marketing activities to support lead generation
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams for campaign execution
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in IT Sales, IT Services, or Digital Marketing
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing, Instagram Marketing, Facebook Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
- Understanding of lead generation and sales conversion strategies
- Ability to handle cold calling and client outreach confidently
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset
- Good account management and client handling skills
- Fluency in Hindi and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, BCA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, AI, or related fields
- Prior experience in IT Sales / IT Marketing preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply
