We are looking for two experienced QS & Billing Engineers to join our team. You will be the backbone of our project’s financial health, ensuring that every measurement is accurate and every bill is processed on time. With 4+ years of experience, you will handle the full lifecycle of billing—from quantity take-offs to subcontractor reconciliation and client certifications. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) Quantity Surveying: Prepare take-offs from GFC/Shop drawings and maintain updated BOQs. Client Billing: Prepare RA and final bills; coordinate with consultants for timely certification. Subcontractor Management: Verify subcontractor RA bills against site execution and handle material reconciliation. Measurement Accuracy: Conduct joint measurements and maintain Measurement Books (MB) with 100% accuracy. Rate Analysis: Identify variations, extra items, and prepare rate justifications. Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports and maintain billing trackers. What We Are Looking For (Requirements) Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Billing within the construction industry. Education: B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel (Advanced). Experience with ERP software is a plus. Knowledge: Strong understanding of IS Codes, BOQ structures, and rate analysis. Traits: High attention to detail, strong communication skills for client coordination, and a problem-solving mindset. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Maintain a billing accuracy of at least 98%. Ensure timely submission of RA bills to clients. Minimize turnaround time for subcontractor bill verification.
