Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Head to lead and manage sales operations for Insurance and Loan products across multiple branches/locations. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing sales teams, achieving targets, and building strong customer and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle overall sales and operations for Insurance and Loan products within the assigned cluster.
- Lead, train, and motivate Branch Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for loans and insurance products.
- Develop strategies to increase sales productivity and market penetration.
- Monitor branch performance and ensure target achievement.
- Build strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and insurance partners.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
- Recruit and onboard new sales team members when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
