Job Summary
The selected candidate will initially undergo training at our Nashik manufacturing facility. During this period, the candidate will gain hands-on exposure to axle assembly processes, production systems, quality requirements, documentation, and operational controls. Upon successful completion of training, the candidate will be transferred to the Chakan plant and will be responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day assembly operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily production activities to achieve planned production targets.
- Monitor productivity, line efficiency, and assembly output.
- Coordinate with stores, planning, quality, and maintenance departments for uninterrupted production.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Support process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to customer and internal quality standards.
- Support process audits, product audits, and customer audit activities.
- Assist in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Support training and skill development of operators.
- Maintain 5S standards and workplace organization.
- Participate in production line setup, commissioning, and stabilization activities at the Chakan plant.
- Maintain discipline and promote a positive work environment.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automobile Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or assembly operations.
- Experience in axle assembly, transmission assembly, vehicle assembly, or similar automotive assembly processes will be a preferable.
Relocation Requirement
- The candidate must be willing to undergo training at the Nashik plant for approximately 3 to 4 months before joining the Chakan facility.
- Candidate must arrange their own accommodation during training period in Nashik as well as after relocation to the Chakan Plant.
- Willingness to relocate and support new plant development activities is mandatory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
