Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Space Science & Technology Educator to deliver engaging learning experiences in astronomy, space science, and emerging space technologies. The ideal candidate will inspire students through interactive teaching methods, practical demonstrations, workshops, and scientific exploration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging sessions on space science, astronomy, and space technology.
- Deliver workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on learning activities for students.
- Develop educational content, presentations, and learning materials.
- Simplify complex scientific concepts into engaging and age-appropriate lessons.
- Support observatory programs, telescope sessions, and space-related events.
- Encourage scientific curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving among learners.
- Collaborate with academic and content teams to enhance educational programs.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in space exploration and technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Astronomy, Space Science, Aerospace, or a related science field.
- 0 - 1 years of teaching, training, or educational outreach experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of astronomy, physics, and space science concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for science education and student engagement.
- Willingness to conduct workshops, events, and field-based learning activities.
