Catasky is a fast-growing SaaS platform that helps businesses create, manage, and share smart digital product catalogues, making sales faster and more efficient. We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers who can convert warm leads into customers and ensure timely subscription renewals.
What You'll Do
- Call customers who have already shown interest in Catasky.
- Explain the product and its benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations (training will be provided).
- Convert free users into paid subscribers.
- Follow up with prospects until the sale is closed.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely subscription renewals.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM.
- Meet monthly sales and renewal targets.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an advantage).
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort using CRM or web applications.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn through incentives.
