Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Area Business Manager (ABM) the candidate must be based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and be willing to travel across Uttar Pradesh for business developement. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in the PCD Pharma industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle complete sales operations for the Uttar Pradesh region.
* Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
* Appoint and develop new PCD Pharma franchise distributors.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.
* Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
* Plan and execute strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements
* **Minimum Experience:** 5 years as an Area Business Manager or similar role.
* **Mandatory:** Experience in the **PCD Pharma industry**.
* Strong knowledge of UP pharma market.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Salary & Benefits
* **Salary:** ₹40,000+ per month (Negotiable based on experience)
