About the Role
Angroos is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Assistant Gift Designer & Customer Handling Executive to join our team in Kochi. The role includes assisting senior gift designers, arranging gift hampers, handling customer enquiries, and supporting daily gifting operations.
The ideal candidate should be creative, active, customer-friendly, and interested in gift styling, packaging, and presentation work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior gift designers in creating gift hampers, trays, baskets, and customized gifts
- Support festive, corporate, and bulk gift order preparations
- Arrange products creatively with proper styling and finishing
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and phone calls
- Help customers choose suitable gifts based on budget and occasion
- Coordinate customization details such as photos, names, messages, and accessories
- Support packing and order preparation teams during busy schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of gift materials and products
- Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow and timely delivery
- Maintain professional communication with customers and walk-in clients
Required Skills

- Ability to understand customer requirements quickly
- Interest in decorative work, hampers, ribbons, flowers, and packaging

- Passion for creative and handmade work
- Friendly and energetic personality
- Good communication in Malayalam and English
- Fast learner with good coordination skills
- Prior experience in gifting, decoration, crafts, or customer service is an advantage
