About the Role
BrainMine Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, digital marketing services sales, client acquisition, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other lead generation activities.
- Identify, qualify, and convert potential clients for Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, AI Solutions, and related services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Track sales performance, pipeline status, and business opportunities through CRM.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to generate business opportunities.
- Mentor and guide sales executives/business development team members.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of B2B Sales and Business Development.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, IT Services, Software, or Agency Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage complete sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
- Experience in proposal creation, costing, and client negotiations.
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
- CRM management and sales reporting experience.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
